Inspection Process

Our inspection process is as follows.

• Book

  Book online or call BJ on his mobile 0400 110 719 to arrange a next-day appointment at one of our convenient times.
  
  We offer next-day inspections for every town and suburb in Adelaide, with convenient morning or afternoon appointment times. We also work 7 days a week. When it comes to inspections for the Adelaide Regional area we fix day and time for inspections and per your convenience.

• Confirm

  If you are not able to attend the inspection, we can contact the estate agent on your behalf to confirm the appointment time, and arrange access to the property.

• Inspect

  BJ our Principal building inspector will conduct and all-inclusive property inspection, examining all the hard-to-access areas, and prepare his findings within your report.

• Report

  If you are not physically present at the time of inspection at site, than BJ will call you and update the brief Results to you immediately, with your detailed written report sent via email the same day. Your report includes photos of the internal areas, External areas, roof cavity, roof coverings, and all other building related details with particular detail covering any areas of concern.

• Advise

  If the inspection reveals anything of concern, we make recommendations for any necessary repairs or remedial works. We also carry 1 million dollars professional indemnity Insurance, and 5 million public liability cover for your piece of mind.
  
  BJ will also want to talk to you after your report is delivered. This is to additionally explain the report findings in further detail. It's also a great time to ask BJ as many questions you require. 30 minutes minimum should be put aside for this clarification process.
